Overview
Our machine shop covers the full range from manual turning to multi-axis CNC, EDM and CNC laser profiling. We fabricate to drawing, we reverse-engineer worn components when drawings no longer exist, and we install and commission the result on your factory floor. Tolerances are held, deadlines are met, and the paperwork follows.

CNC Milling
Computer-controlled milling for complex geometry, repeatable batches and tight tolerances. We work from your CAD files or produce the model ourselves from a sample or sketch.

CNC Turning
High-accuracy turned components — shafts, bushes, sleeves and housings — produced consistently across production quantities with full dimensional inspection.

EDM — Electrical Discharge Machining
Wire and sinker EDM for hardened tool steels, intricate internal profiles and features that cannot be reached by a cutting tool. The right process for die, mould and tooling work.

CNC Laser Cutting
Clean, burr-free profiling of sheet steel, stainless and aluminium with minimal heat distortion. Nesting is optimised to keep material cost down on production quantities.

CNC Plasma Cutting
Fast, economical profiling of heavy plate for structural work, base frames and wear parts where laser precision is not required and thickness is.

Surface Grinding
Flat, parallel and square to fine tolerances with a controlled surface finish — the finishing operation behind reliable sealing faces, slideways and tooling.

Fabrication
Structural and sheet metal fabrication in mild steel, stainless and aluminium: platforms, guarding, tanks, hoppers, conveyor frames and bespoke plant. Certified welding throughout.

Machine Installation
Relocation, alignment, levelling and commissioning of production machinery, including foundation work and services connection. We plan around your shutdown window and hand back a running line.

3D Design & Reverse Engineering
Full 3D modelling and detailed manufacturing drawings. Where an original part has failed and no drawing exists, we measure it and rebuild the model before cutting metal.
