A full packaging line had to move buildings without losing more production than the scheduled shutdown allowed. We surveyed and tagged every sub-assembly before disassembly, prepared new foundations and services at the receiving end, and rebuilt the line to the original alignment tolerances.
Mechanical alignment, drive coupling, guarding and services were completed and the line was run up, adjusted and handed back in production condition. Work finished inside the shutdown window with no overrun.
