The work
The brief was a production and storage facility that would not need rebuilding the first time the operation grew. Design began with material flow, vehicle access and safety clearances rather than with the building envelope.
We delivered architectural design, structural detailing, plumbing and drainage design, and the construction itself as a single package — which kept the drawings buildable and removed the usual gap between designer and contractor.
